Applications Support Services

Notice: As of January 1, 2007, we no longer offer Applications Support Services to the general public. 

Reeve Engineers supports most telecommunications equipment and systems, including modern technologies and so-called legacy equipment no longer manufactured but still used throughout the telecommunications industry.  We have an extensive lab with most technologies and also can provide training.  Click here to see a list of systems and technologies that we support.

Support services normally are billed based on time and expenses.  Click here for the current rate schedule.

We no longer provide on-site field support except within driving distance of our office in Anchorage, AK, but we do provide technical support via the telephone and email.  If you have a question on an application, field problem, test equipment setup, or how to obtain information on the national network including standards and practices, please call us during normal working hours, Alaska Time (Alaska Standard Time = UTC - 9), or send us an email anytime.  Emails sent after hours will be answered the next business day, although some questions may require more time for a complete answer.
